Final Proofing & Publication
Ensure your paper adheres to all formatting, word count, and anonymization requirements for double-blind peer review.
Our editorial team conducts a preliminary assessment for scope, originality, and adherence to PJLJ's ethical policies.
Submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous evaluation by international legal scholars, maintaining author and reviewer anonymity.
Accepted papers proceed to final proofreading before being published in our open-access repository.
Manuscript Preparation & Standards
Original research articles should be between 8,000 and 12,000 words, including footnotes. All submissions must include an abstract of 200-250 words and 3-5 keywords. Ensure your abstract accurately reflects the paper's core arguments and findings. We prioritize methodological rigor and theoretical contribution.
Authors must follow either Bluebook (21st ed.) or OSCOLA (4th ed.) for all statutory and case citations. To maintain the integrity of our double-blind peer review process, all identifying information must be removed from the manuscript file. This includes author names, affiliations, and any self-referential remarks.
